Spa Etiquette

Reservations - We strongly recommend services be booked prior to arrival, however same-day appointments may be booked by calling 770.465-3297.

Cancellation - Because your spa services are reserved for you we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. You could be charged the full value of the spa service should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

Large Groups - We welcome groups of any size and can accommodate most requests. Groups of six or more are charged 20% gratuity and required to make a 36 hour cancellation call to avoid cancellation fees.

Gratuity - The spa fee does not reflect gratuity charge except in parties of six or more. Gratuity should reflect guest satisfaction in spa treatment.
